Reassure Health is a nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) status pending) building AI-powered tools to help people understand and verify their medical bills. We believe that everyone deserves clarity when it comes to healthcare costs.
Our Story
Reassure Health was born in Baltimore, where our founders worked directly with communities who felt afraid of the healthcare system and didn't understand it. We saw firsthand how confusing medical bills and opaque insurance processes created real harm — not just financial, but emotional. People were avoiding care, ignoring bills they couldn't understand, or paying amounts they didn't actually owe.
That experience shaped our belief that health literacy and billing transparency are not luxuries — they are essential to health equity. We built Reassure to bridge the gap between complex medical billing systems and the people who are expected to navigate them.
What We Do
Reassure Health is an AI medical bill analyzer. You upload your medical bill and insurance policy, and our system cross-references every charge against your coverage. We identify potential discrepancies, flag overcharges, and generate draft appeal letters you can use when something doesn't look right.
We don't provide legal advice, insurance adjudication, or guaranteed outcomes. We provide clarity, structure, and a starting point for you to advocate for yourself.
